Broward County, Florida Veteran-owned Read-only access

Find what you're paying for twice, and what crept up at renewal.

We read your vendor charges line by line: every subscription, every seat, every autopay. Two tools doing one job, a price that went up quietly, seats nobody logs into. Each one gets marked with what we saw. You get a written list. You decide what stays. Nothing gets cancelled unless you say so.

Fixed price in writing before you pay. Read-only access; we never ask for your passwords.

Sound familiar?

Nobody's job is to read the card statement

Charges pile up one "yes" at a time. Each one made sense the day it started. Nobody went back to check.

Three software charges on the card you don't recognize. Your office manager left in March. Two of them were hers, and nobody has logged in since.

The POS rep calls about a "plan update." You say yes to get back to the line. From now on it bills at the new rate, and the old plan's add-on keeps billing too.

The scheduling app you signed up for in 2023 costs more now than the one you replaced it with. You pay for both, because "cancel" was a phone call nobody made.

How it works

Statements in. A decision list out.

You don't hand over control of anything. You hand over the reading.

  1. Send statements, or give us a read-only viewThree months of card and bank statements as PDFs is enough. Or add us as a view-only user on your bank, card or accounting app. No passwords, no two-factor codes, and you can remove us any time.
  2. We list every recurring chargeEach vendor gets a line: what it's for, who on your team uses it, what it costs, when it renews and how to cancel it. Most owners have never seen this list in one place.
  3. We mark what looks wrongTwo tools for one job. A price that went up at renewal without anyone deciding. Seats for people who left. A charge nobody on staff can explain. Each flag says what we saw, not what we guessed.
  4. You decide, line by lineYou get the list in writing with keep, cut or ask next to each line, and one call to walk through it. You approve every cancellation. In the deep review we make the calls, one per line, each with your written OK.

Setup is one short call: what you pay from (cards, bank, accounting app), who is on the team, and which vendors you already know you're keeping. Delivery date agreed in writing before you pay.

What we look at

Six places the money leaks

The charges that hide best are small, monthly and set up by someone who no longer works for you.

  • Software and appsScheduling, estimating, forms, storage, e-signature, and the seat count on each. Seats are where the old employees live on.
  • Phone, internet and mobileLines for people who left, tablet data plans for tablets in a drawer, and the "bundle" that quietly got un-bundled.
  • Payments and POSProcessing plans, terminal rentals, loyalty and gift-card add-ons, and two online ordering platforms when one carries the orders.
  • Services on autopayPest, linen, uniforms, waste, water, coffee, cleaning. Does the price on the invoice still match the price in the contract?
  • Listings, leads and adsDirectory plans, lead sites, "premium profile" upsells, and a website plan from a company you stopped using two redesigns ago.
  • Vehicles and equipmentGPS units per vehicle when you sold two trucks, fuel cards nobody carries, equipment leases still billing past their term.

What the findings list looks like

Three made-up businesses. Pick one to see how the list reads, then mark your own calls on it. Nothing here is a real vendor, a real bill or a result we're promising. It stays in your browser and is sent nowhere.

Sample data. Vendors, counts and flags are invented to show the shape of the list. On a real audit each flag quotes the statement line and the login or usage record it came from, and the amounts come from your statements, not from us. What you cut is up to you.

Pricing

Three fixed prices. Nothing based on a percentage.

Written scope and price first, paid through Stripe when you approve it. Which one fits depends on how many vendors and months are involved; we tell you before you pay, not after.

One location

Vendor spend audit

$750 One pass through the last 3 months
  • Every recurring charge listed: what it's for, who uses it, when it renews, how to cancel
  • Overlaps, price creep, unused seats and unexplained charges marked with what we saw
  • Written findings list with keep, cut or ask next to each line
  • One call to walk through it. You decide; you approve every cancellation
Bigger vendor list, or the contracts too

Deep review

$1,500 Line by line, with the contracts and renewal terms
  • Everything in the audit, over 12 months of statements
  • Contracts, renewal dates and cancellation terms pulled into one calendar
  • We make the vendor calls and send the cancellation emails, one per line, each with your written OK first
  • A re-check about 30 days later to confirm what actually stopped billing
After an audit

Monitoring

$199/mo So it doesn't creep back
  • A short note each month: new charges, price changes, renewals due in the next 60 days
  • Read-only access stays read-only
  • Nothing is cancelled without your OK
  • Cancel any time; it stops at the end of the paid month

The price is the same whether we find two things or twenty; we are not paid a share of what you cut. A fixed-price audit is refunded in full before work starts; after that, per your written scope. See Refunds and Terms.

What you own

Read-only in. Your decision out.

An audit only works if you can trust the person reading your statements. So the rules are short and they don't bend.

  • Read-only access. You add us as a viewer on your bank, card or accounting app, or you just send PDF statements. We never ask for passwords or two-factor codes. Remove us any time. How that works
  • You approve every cancellation. The findings list is a recommendation. Nothing gets cancelled, downgraded or renegotiated unless you say so, in writing, line by line.
  • Flat price. We are not paid a percentage of what you cut, so there is no reason for us to push you to drop something you use.
  • Your list, your file. The findings list and the renewal calendar are yours to keep, in a spreadsheet you can open anywhere, with or without us.
  • We delete what we hold. Statements and exports are kept only for the work and deleted within 30 days after it ends if you ask. See Privacy.

Questions

What owners ask before sending a statement

What do you need from me?

Three months of card and bank statements as PDFs, or a read-only login you create for us, plus one short call about who is on the team and what you already know you're keeping. If the deep review fits, we'll also ask for the contracts you can find. Nothing else.

Do I have to give you access to my bank?

No. PDF statements are enough for the audit. If you'd rather not export them, most banks, card portals and accounting apps let you add a view-only user; you create it, you can delete it, and we never see a password. See Your accounts.

Will you cancel things for me?

Never on our own. The audit gives you a list with a suggested call on each line; you decide. In the deep review we make the vendor calls and send the cancellation emails for you, one line at a time, each one only after your written OK.

Do you charge a percentage of what I cut?

No. It's a fixed price, in writing, before you pay. The price is the same whether we find two things or twenty. That's on purpose: a percentage would give us a reason to talk you out of tools you actually use.

What if you find nothing?

Then you have a clean vendor list and a renewal calendar, which most owners have never had, and you know your operation is tight. We don't pad a findings list to look useful. What happens to the fee in that case is stated in your written scope before you pay. See Refunds.

How long does it take?

We agree the delivery date in writing before you pay, and that's the date we work to. The pace mostly depends on how quickly the statements arrive. Once we have them, a one-location audit is usually done within a couple of weeks; the deep review takes longer because vendors take their time answering.

Who is this for?

Contractors, restaurants, pool and lawn services, property services and small offices in Broward County: any business with a card statement full of monthly charges and nobody whose job it is to read it. If you have one location and a handful of vendors, the audit fits. Multi-location or a long vendor list usually means the deep review, and we say which before you pay.

Is my statement data safe?

We keep statements and exports only to do the work, we don't sell them or share them for marketing, and we delete them within 30 days after the work ends if you ask. See Privacy.

Does the demo use my data?

No. The spend audit demo runs on made-up vendors in your browser and sends nothing anywhere. It's there so you can see the shape of the list before you call.
